Vitamin B-12 May Prevent Birth Defects
Women of childbearing age (especially those who are pregnant or trying to conceive) are advised to eat 400 mg of folic acid (folate) daily to prevent neural tube defects, such as spina bifida, from occurring in their babies. New research shows that vitamin B12 may also play a role.
Hey~ Check with each company to see if they hire in your state as I don't think West at Home does...not sure about Alpine Access.

Hey All! I have been researching SAHM jobs and I am determined to find something I like. I currently have a full time job but I wanted to try and find something before my baby gets here so I can just go back to work if it isnt working out. The two "real" companies that I have heard of the most were West at Home and Alpine Access. Has anyone ever worked for either of these companies? If so, can you let me know some pros and cons of each company and some advice on if you would recommend it or not? I have never worked in a call center but I work as a case worker for the State so I deal with irrate mean people on the phone all day lol. I have heard different things about both. Some people have said that you cant take breaks, you cant make your own schedule and you have to do cold calls sometimes. Just let me know what you thing. Any little bit of info helps. Thanks Mamas!
