I ran 5 miles today on the treadmill. I have a sore throat and minor cold, so I certainly didn't run at a high speed. But it felt good to get a run in today!

I snorkeled for 2 hours today in Maui.. It was wonderful we saw a white tipped shark, white eel, a large trumpet fish, dolphins from the boat then sea turtles bellow.. it was truly beautiful!

SissyD33--damn, I wish I had your enthusiasm and motivation to exercise. I haven't done much else today except for 30 minutes of yoga, and 30 minutes of strength. First day trying to get back into a regular exercise routine. The last 6 months have been spent mainly sitting on my bum :(
