I lost my first child at 30 weeks because of a chord accident. I am now 20 1/2 weeks along.

How did some of you deal with the anxiety and fear when you got pregnant again. Every morning I wake up in a mild panic. Also, I get worried at various times in the day. I try to remain positive.

I was wondering if some of you could give me some suggestions.
