This is an old post, but so helpful. I started feeling dizzy after dinner tonight, which scared me a little (okay, I admit still is a bit!). I came home to take my temp, fearing that maybe infection was starting (I just found out about the death of my child on Friday, taking meds to try to bring about the miscarriage). Temp was normal and bleeding has not yet started. Keeping an eye on things, but good to know others have experienced the dizzy feeling!

When mine happen, I started cramping.. but wasn't worried within 30 minutes I started bleeding. after another 30 minutes the blood was brown and almost completely stopped. I took a nap woke up shortly after falling a sleep to horrible horrible cramping and a lot of bleeding. Went to the ER where at first they just let me lay there (in pain.) Then the nurse realized I was getting worse and they gave me pain meds trough IV. that help very briefly as the pain was just continuing to worsen, was then given more pain meds and the doctor started the ultrasound after clearing the blockage down there as well as what was my baby. I passed everything within a few hours.. the ultrasound showed i was empty. was then sent home where I continued to bleed for 1 1/2 weeks. Bleeding has stopped and so has the cramping finally.. now its just the emotional tolls taking there effect.

I felt the same with my natural miscarriage. It's not nice. With the D&E I felt so much better, that was until my first period, for that and the next 2 periods I felt the dizziness, most horrible cramps etc. Thought it was worse to only go through it later. People tend to more understand that you feel terrible directly after a miscarriage. Not so nice to have to go through it for months after. Hope you'll feel better soon.

I experienced the same thing. I wasn't sure if it had anything to do with the miscarriage though. I went to the ER last Thursday and by Saturday it was finished. For those three days I just felt uneasy, weak, and shaky. I thought it was just because of my emotional state, but I'm sure the miscarriage had an effect on my body as well. I hope you are feeling better. Physically, I feel back to normal. Still coping emotionally.
