My husband and are not yet pregnant, but are hoping to add to our family of three four-legged babies.
Timagin (Tiny) came into my life when I was twelve, when my parents adopted him for a Christmas present. He was a cuddly bundle of red fur with HUGE feet. My parents were told he was a Beagle/Rottwieler mix... they were mislead. :) As he grew, he got a long beard and shaggy fur. A DNA test shows that he is a terrier mix.
Sienna, was my husband's first pet. we adopted her from a cousin when his purebred pittbull ha a unplanned litter. We got her early when her mother contracted mastitis at five weeks and stopped nursing. After a turbulent beginning, she has become a VERY loving, trusting and overgrown lap dog, who gives the BEST kisses (aka pittbull attack

)
Mercedes (Sadie), is a mix of the two. When I was in the hospital recovering from my first two strokes, my brother failed to pay attention to them. Three weeks after being home, our poor Sienna gave birth to seven BIG puppies and almost died in the process.
We found families for all of the puppies, but Sadie was returned twice. By the second time coming back, I was suffering from crippling depression and Sadie was a god send. She nestled in to me and cried when I cried, gave me her BIG honey-amber eyes and I would feel better. She has never left my side since and my husband and I couldn't picture our lives without her zany antics.
Our four-legged babies bring us much joy and love and we can't wait to see our future children love and be loved by our monty trio.
