Vitex??

Regularly ovulating is not an issue for me, but my cousin has PCOS and didn't ovulate at all on her own. Her doctor put her on Clomid, but she hated it and only did it for one month. She tried another medication, but it didn't results in a pregnancy for her either. Then she researched and tried Vitex and got pregnant after about 2 months on it. It worked really well for her!

I've been seeing the reference to vitex on a couple of blogs and I'm tempted to try it. I have only been trying to get pregnant for a couple of months, but I have highly irregular cycles (ranging from 8 weeks to 16 weeks over the last 12 months). One blog I read said that taking vitex can help regulate ovulation... I thought I would send this out there to see if anyone knows much about it, or has tried it...
