Vitamin B-12 May Prevent Birth Defects
Women of childbearing age (especially those who are pregnant or trying to conceive) are advised to eat 400 mg of folic acid (folate) daily to prevent neural tube defects, such as spina bifida, from occurring in their babies. New research shows that vitamin B12 may also play a role.

I used to have a regular yoga workout until a week or so ago. . . the heat and queasiness and dizziness and emotions of waiting for a BFP all got the best of me. I'll dig through and read some articles on here and hopefully get the motivation to jump into a workout again soon.

I am counting work as exercise today, I was running around on my feet all day today. I can feel the pain now!!

Going to workout some when I wake up in the morning before I start cleaning out this clutter in my house.

I sure did! Ran around playing laser tag for about half an hour, played an hour long round of mini golf and walked around an amusement park running after 40 kids! I think that's super fun exercise! And yesterday I ran for half an hour! I am good to go lol
