Vitamin B-12 May Prevent Birth Defects
Women of childbearing age (especially those who are pregnant or trying to conceive) are advised to eat 400 mg of folic acid (folate) daily to prevent neural tube defects, such as spina bifida, from occurring in their babies. New research shows that vitamin B12 may also play a role.

My encouragement:

"Unless the LORD builds the house, its builders labor in vain." (Psalm 127:1)

"He gives the barren woman a home, making her the joyous mother of children." (Psalm 113:9)

Welcome and best of luck to you on this journey! I pray that you get that BFP (big fat positive) very soon! The most important part is figuring out when you ovulate. There are a lot of different ways to do this - there are special ovulation predictor kits which look like pregnancy tests that you can buy or you can chart your basal body temperatures. Either way, once you figure that out, hopefully it will happen easily!

Hello ladies! I joined babyfit a few months ago just to get an idea as to what the site provides. My fiance and I are moving in two weeks to be closer to all of my family, and are hoping to soon start one of our own. TTC baby #1 and are very much looking forward to it. I'm not too focused on getting pregnant now only because of the stress with the move, but am looking for any advice as to where to even start with the process once we're settled. I know excersice and eating right, as long as vitamins are huge, but any other tips are appreciated. I'm looking forward to having all of you along for the journey and wish everyone else luck!
