Vitamin B-12 May Prevent Birth Defects
Women of childbearing age (especially those who are pregnant or trying to conceive) are advised to eat 400 mg of folic acid (folate) daily to prevent neural tube defects, such as spina bifida, from occurring in their babies. New research shows that vitamin B12 may also play a role.

You pretty much scrapbook like you would normally except you use a digital embellishment or papers. They have templates where you just drop your pictures in or you can create your own. With the templates you still get some of the parts to use seperately. It comes with some papers and embellishments but you can purchase additional ones and it uploads them to your program. It will save you so much money because of course you can use them over and over again.

You pick the background paper, mats, embellishments like brads, flowers, ribbons, etc. You can enlarge the objects or make them smaller, bring them forward or back. You can make photo boxes and drop your pics in then move them around.

Here are some of the features of the program:

Here are some tutorials so you can see it in action. It is a very user friendly program.

Some really good example pages are on their facebook page or in the gallery of their home website.

Let me know if you have any more questions.

Hi Janet! I have considered doing the digital thing... I did my son's first year by hand and ended up with 3 12x12s full.... so im thinking of doing each kid's (when we have more) 1st year buy hand and then from then on doing digital. I almost feel like it makes the most sense, seeing as all my pictures are on the computer and I never print them until I need them for a scrapbook page. I know Creative Memories has a digital scrapbook, but I have never heard of My Memory Suite. How does that one work?

Just realized I spelled Scrappin wrong, and can't fix it.

I am a 31 yrd old mom of two, trying for one more. I love scrapbooking and have now gone completely digital thanks to My Memories Suite. I just decided to do one baby book, 0-12 months for each kid. Then one family book per year so we can include pics of just my husband and I, etc and simplfy the process so I actually get caught up. Then just print each kid and us a copy.

I love digital because I just take my laptop somewhere and no clean up.
