Well... after much Googling, I came across the FDA review of the product, which is imported from China by US Company "Greenbrier International Inc." in Virginia.

Although the "Summary" link doesn't provide too much info, if you click on the "Decision Summary" link, it shows that all of the tests did show positives at 25 miu. (Only one showed positive at 20 miu.) And so we have our answer! The Assured Brand tests are 25 miu.
