Saline is just fine and a humidifier.

My newborn has a stuffy nose since birth. Can't see any mucous in the nose. She also makes squeaky noises while breathing and I'm afraid her nasal passages are dry. I've read that I could use saline water and a humidifier. Of course I will call the pediatrician, but just wanted to know your thoughts :)
