Vitamin B-12 May Prevent Birth Defects
Women of childbearing age (especially those who are pregnant or trying to conceive) are advised to eat 400 mg of folic acid (folate) daily to prevent neural tube defects, such as spina bifida, from occurring in their babies. New research shows that vitamin B12 may also play a role.

Thanks for your advise and support. It's hard to group together lessons due to the fact that they are all at different levels. One is preparing for a very difficult exam for university. another is a 48 year old who can get by but messes up pretty much everything from a grammatical point of view. And the others are high schoolers from different years...I actually have 2 in their second year but they are at very different levels.

I know this won't last forever. Yes.... a nice, deeeeep breath........

Maybe you're pregnant already and your hormones are shooting out of whack already ;). Haha, I know that's exactly what you want to think about when you're already stressed!! I'm not sure what you're living situation is, but I'm renting right now. I've found the best time for me to exercise is when the kids (4 yrs, 2 yrs) are playing outside. Then I just pace around wherever they're at. Also, most of weight loss is diet. If you need to cut out exercise because of stress or time, make an extra effort to watch portions, foods, and snacks. You can do it! Just breath. Maybe you can ask your husband to watch the kids while you take a breather day (probably when he's done with school).

What if you offered a group time for some lessons and had 3 or 4 (or more depending on what works for you) students at one class? Would that free up some time for you? I have 8 kids and we homeschool. There is never a time that everything is under control. Life is always changing. You can handle it. Take a moment to sit back and breathe. Everything will work out.

For about the last month life has been very busy and a bit stressful. But this last week and the upcoming week are just overwhelming. I give private lessons for English (I live in Italy) and all of a sudden there has been a boom in the requests for these lessons. On the one hand it's a very good thing because we need the money. On the other I have had to give up my workout plan and I'm trying to lose weight before TTC #3. My husband is graduating with his doctorate degree on Wednesday and so he almost doesn't exist for the family right now for all his preparations. UGH! Just when you think you have everything under control it becomes too much!!
