My name is Hannah. I am here to lose weight the healthy way while breastfeeding my son (7 months old). His name is Samuel. The day I delivered him I weighed 224 lbs (probably a little extra after all the fluids given to me that day. I only gained 24 lbs during my pregnancy. I was overweight to start with. I am 7 month post pregnancy and currently at 175 (this morning) I would love to get down to about 135-145. I have a ways to go, but have also come a good ways. I am on MFP (myfitnesspal) but the people there that are my friends don't have any young babies (other than my sister) and I am breastfeeding.

You can do this! I have done it with all 3 kids. Congrats on how much you have lost so far, that is awesome!

you have done great so far!! I also have a seven month old and am not doing nearly as well. I have lost all my baby weight from this go around but am looking to get into the 130's myself. Best of luck to us all.
