cottonbabies.com has the Bumgenius AIO on sale now - the 6 pack is $74, although I was ordering X-small and the package was $18 less even as they knock the price down $3/diaper: I got 12 diapers for $120 since I did a couple smalls in addition to mostly X-small. They have free shipping too, unless you want to pay for insurance for $3.

fuzzibunzstore.com has the new one-size fuzzi bunz on sale for $15.95 right now. And with a purchase of 3 diapers you get a pack of FREE wipes. (more free ones, with more diapers purchased, click on 'Freebies' on their site)

I'm a little bummed that I don't need anymore diapers...the sale is so tempting...lol.

In case anyone is interested I just realized that 24 Organic, One-Size, AIO BumGenius from Weebunzdiapers.com cost less then the 24 pack package from KellysCloset.com The difference is actually $68.40!!! Weebunz.. $530.40 Kellys.. $598.80

It will be less if you are buying fewer diapers, obviously but I want 24.

Also, there is no shipping for either place, so you're still saving money.

I've done a lot of research over the last day or so on price comparisons between the package deals and purchasing items separately. I've found that most of the packages are similar and basic. This is what I came up with. It does not include shipping charges and is based on newborn diaper pricing. Priced from least to greatest, I found that going the package route isn't always the best option.

BECCABEE- thanks for the Sunshinediapers.com link. A "test drive" is exactly the kind of thing I'm looking for. Has anyone ever done a test drive through them? Opinions? Anyone know of other sites that offer test kits? I've read over and over that the best way to find diapers that work for you is to just try a bunch of different ones, but what's the best way to do that and not waste a ton of money in the process?

I really like Cottonbabies "Try It" kit for prefolds, covers and snappis. In the package, you get 6 prefolds (indian or chinese in either premium or infant), 2 Bummis Super Whisper Wraps (newborn, small, medium, or large and your choice of 4 patterns or white) and 1 Snappi (either neutral, boy or girl). I've priced similar groupings at other sites and can't find anything as useful.

I do cottonbabies (love them-and free shipping on dipes), nurtured family, and fuzzibunz seconds (way too expensive IMO to buy at reg price, bought 20+ and never an issue with dipes).
Good luck with your search!

I bought the Deluxe Package from

www.weebunzdiapers.com.

It seemed like the best deal to me and I just checked the site - it is on sale!!! They have six packages to choose from. They also have a deal where if you buy diapers that are part of a package, you can purchase the rest of it within 3 months and pay only the difference. The lady who runs it is helpful if you need it and the order arrived in about 7 days.
Good Luck.

They seem to have some great deals. They even have a "try it" package(enough for one day) and a sampler package (to try and see what works for you). I have just started cloth diapering myself so I can't give my opinion on what works and what doesn't. I ordered the "try it" package and am expecting it tomorrow.
I'm excited!!

"When we adults think of children there is a simple truth that we ignore: childhood is not preparation for life; childhood is life. A child isn't getting ready to live; a child is living. No child will miss the zest and joy of living unless denied by adults who have convinced themselves that childhood is a period of preparation. How much heartache we would save ourselves if we would recognize children as partners with adults in the process of living." John A. Taylor

I haven't done price comparisons, but I know these two sites also offer package deals...

www.mtdiaperstore.com

Not sure which cd's you were interested in, but each carries something a little different than the others. Both of these are sites I have ordered from before & found them to be very helpful and easy to deal with.

The only site I've found that has package deals is Nikis. I was looking at the newborn package deal as well as the bumGenius 2.0 one size deal...

Are these good deals? Are there other sites I should be looking at prior to making the choice to go with this site? Baby isn't due for a little while longer so I have some time left to think....
