Injury Prevention in Pregnancy - Part 2
By changing your exercising routine, you can avoid the aches & pains that accompany pregnancy. Learn what exercises to add, and which ones you should subtract to reduce discomfort, whether in the gym or at home.
This is a Kraft Foods Recipe I found in their magazine- and just had to share with you all! I tweaked it a little bit though. It's yummy!
What you need:
Flour Tortillas (we bought whole wheat) Philadelphia Chive and Onion Cream Cheese (or any brand) Lettuce (shredded) Turkey Breast (we bought honey smoked, it's so good!) Tomatoes (thinly sliced) Salt and Pepper
Spread the cream cheese on the tortillas- all the way to the edges Take 4 pieces of turkey breast, lay them on cream cheese, overlapped Add lettuce and tomato (as much as you like) Salt and pepper to taste Roll up and cut in half
Healthy lunch or dinner in 5 minutes!! :-)
We had pickles and pretzels on the side, the magazine suggests carrot sticks and snap-peas. I say eat whatever you want- even if it's potato chips!
