Great goals. I'm off to the gym in a little bit to get my morning run in.

I'm going to eat a fruit and a veggie with every meal, limit myself to one sweet per day, and do 30 minutes of cardio every day.
Cheers!

Check out BabyFit's Exercise on-line video's when you get a chance. They are ~10 minutes long so it is a great way to get some added exercise all throughout the day.

NICKNBENSMAMA,
I'm so glad you like the team. What helps with my eating is to do my meal plans on Thursday when I get the grocery store ads. I plan everything around what fruits and veggies are on sale. I typically do all my prep on Sunday so everything is handy and ready to go.

I have two focuses this month. 1. Exercise- more often and more consistently. I think I'll follow Samantha's lead and try to get up a little earlier to fit it in. 2. Make healthier food choices. I love good-for-me food, but it isn't always the handiest. I'm going to make a point of having more easy-to-grab healthy choices ready for me at home and at work.
PS; I love this team.

This month I'm focusing on strength training. I usually strength train at least twice a week for each muscle group, but this month I'm going to add another strength training session.
I plan to do this by waking up 10 minutes early and starting my day with abs and push-ups.

NCA12345, great job on not salting your food. I hardly put salt on any of my cooking and my family doesn't mind at all. It's a health benefit for all of us.

My goals for this month are:
Make sure that we eat more fruits and vegetables. Keep on taking my omega 3 and my vitamin. I have recently stopped adding salt to my cooking and to my food. I want to keep it up! Try to exercise everyday! Keep on watching my portions.
