Goat milk is awesome! I always suggest that people try goat milk before other things. Goat milk has smaller molecules and break down much easier than cow milk. Most people tolerate it much better than cow milk. All of my kids have had problems with cow milk but have no problem with goat milk. We make goat cheese and yogurt too.

We have a serious milk and egg allergy and I'm learning all about it now. (Also have a peanut allergy).
For her birthday I found a cake and icing mix that were milk, egg, peanut and gluten free at the organic food store.
Other than that, I'm struggling. Milk and eggs are everywhere. No butter, margerine, yogurt, cheese, etc. I'm going to check out some of the websites Mommy0306 suggested.
Also, Ellie loves fruit...bananas, potatoes cut into strips like fries, pears cut into strips, etc.

I've read and heard that goats milk is good for children and people who are allergic to cows milk. You could try small doses of it to see or ask your doctor.

Anyone else have a child with milk or dairy allergy? Just looking for some ideas for incorporating things into his diet that are substitutes for milk/cheese etc. It doesn't seem like he has an egg allergy b/c he's had bites of muffins and things like that that have eggs in them. But I tried some Macaroni and Chreese, a dairy/lactose free product from the health food store last night, put in into the food processor and he really liked that. Anyway...any other ideas or resources?
