Pregnancy after ectopic?

I have been searching the internet non-stop for information regarding pregnancy after ectopic... I was treated for an EP on 03.12.2012 with a single methotrexate shot. I was advised to wait one cycle before TTC again and while DH & I have been responsible for the most part in using contraception I think we may have had an "oops" as it is now almost 7 weeks since I had MTX shot and still no period... My HCG levels were less than 5 by 04/05/12. Shouldn't my period have returned by now? And from everything I've gathered the MTX shot, if used reguarly can cause deformities, but has anyone gone on after only 1 shot to conceive directly after and have a healthy pregnancy and baby??? Any insight would be appreciated. I am scared to death to think I could be pregnant again so soon...
