Vitamin B-12 May Prevent Birth Defects
Women of childbearing age (especially those who are pregnant or trying to conceive) are advised to eat 400 mg of folic acid (folate) daily to prevent neural tube defects, such as spina bifida, from occurring in their babies. New research shows that vitamin B12 may also play a role.
I have a 10 week old little girl, I will be going back to work in 2 weeks. I really enjoy my job and it took me a while to find a position that i really enjoy...but i feel so guilty about leaving her. How does everyone optimize their time they have with their babies, so i wont feel like i'm missing out on so much of her life?
