I was like that in my first trimester the first time I was pregnant. All I wanted was bread and crackers and french fries... everything else made me sick until about week 13. Then, I felt normal again...

So far in my first pregnancy, I have been unable to eat the majority of the foods that were in my usual diet. Lettuce makes me sick to my stomach, any type of hot vegetables are completely off the table and my vegetarian life style has completely gone out the window. I've been having a lot of morning sickness and upset stomach constantly.

The only foods I've been able to keep down are high in carbs, starches, and sugars; which is basically what my husband eats. I've always been very weight conscious and throwing my diet this far makes me very nervous about being fit in the future and making sure the baby gets plenty of nutrients.

Anybody else having this issue?! Advice is welcome!
