Thank you for the warm welcomes. I just received a phone call from my doc saying my HCG numbers are doubling appropriately! I am so excited!

Welcome and congratulations! I'm 42 years old with my first and despite having had every symptom in the book, I'm so excited to be becoming a mother, despite how hard its been at times.
You guys are an inspiring reminder not to complain about how you are feeling and be thrilled that you are feeling everything you should be for a healthy pregnancy.
Good luck to you all!

What a sweet response! Thank you so much. I am so sorry for your previous loss, and I can relate, as we has a loss last year. That is why I welcome these crazy symptoms and hope they get worse everyday..lol. But my boobs...oh man...they KILL! But I'll take it as a gift as you said! I also love what your hubby said. :) Have a wonderful day, and keep me posted on your pregnancy..would love to have some buddies. :)

Hi Tracy! I'm 40 as well, with my first though. Had to respond and tell you you're not crazy; I had a miscarriage in January, so every little thing I've gotten this time around (and it's been practically everything!) I take as a gift. I told my husband this morning my clothes were shrinking...he said, no honey, you're growing! I am SO ok with that, and am excited to be growing!
Take all those wonderful feelings, exhaustion, nausea, back pain, etc., and know that the end result is something unbelievable, amazing, spectacular! I'm so happy for you!!!
