Member Comments About this Recipe

"Just a quick note: Carrabba's Italian Grill does make their own Caesar dressing - so make sure not to order there." -- AMBERJAE
"See Tanya's note below. Homemade Caesar dressing should be avoided during pregnancy, as it contains raw eggs. Commercial salad dressings are not made with raw eggs. The "Caesar" dressing you buy in a supermarket or get at most restaurants is made without raw eggs. If you're concerned at a restaurant, ask. Most places do not make Caesar dressing using the traditional recipe." -- STEPF_BABYFIT
"I heard the same thing about caesar salad dressing. I heard that due to the raw eggs, pregnant women should not eat it. Anyone else?" -- ANDREAISAACS
"Homemade Caesar dressing that includes raw eggs should be avoided during pregnancy." -- TANYA_BABYFIT
"Someone told me I wasn't supposed to have Caesar dressing during pregnancy because of the raw eggs it uses...Is there any word on that? This sounds delicious...But I'm one of these paranoid new-moms who doesn't know what the heck is good or bad for her - Everyone has a different opinion on EVERYTHING!! What's the verdict?" -- MSJENI
