   Chili Cheese Dip
Introduction:

Our smooth, low fat version of this party favorite.


Ingredients:


  • 1 cup low fat cottage cheese

  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 cup chili sauce

  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/4 cup skim milk


Whirl all ingredients in blender until smooth. Chill. Serve with crisp raw vegetables or chips.
