Starting Position
Start on your hands and knees with both approximately shoulder width apart. Keep your back straight and in a neutral position, do not allow your back to sag. You also want to have your neck straight during the Starting Position (eyes looking forward).

Action
Bump or arch your back up like a cat, allowing your head to drop down (chin to chest). Tighten your abdominal muscles and buttocks during this movement as well. Return to the Starting Position. Repeat 10-15 repetitions for 1-2 sets.

Special Instructions
This exercise strengthens your body and is very useful during labor.
