Starting Position
Start by lying on your side, bottom arm bent, legs straight, feet staggered one in front of the other (not pictured). Your elbow should be directly below your shoulder. Place free hand on your hip. Flex feet and balance on sides of feet.

Action
Use abs to lift hips off the ground, keeping body as straight as possible. Hold for 10-30 seconds. Repeat 1-3 times and switch sides.

Special Instructions
Don't allow hips to drop to the ground. Keep breathing steady.

Make It Harder: Instead of staggering feet, stack them one on top of the other.
