My son was a long hard labor that ended in C-section. In my case I knew there could be a good chance I would end up with another c-section but because of my stubborn self and after reading and researching it turns out successful VBACs are ACTUALLY safer in most cases then a repeat c-section. During the monitoring they took my bp and watched the baby's heart rate and around 3:30 both were looking much better then the morning so I had a choice of being induced then or go home.
