Getting Excited and Buying Stuff Now

Well, I finally am buying things for the boy. I am getting really excited as well! I am hitting the half way marker next week. Then It will be the 3rd trimester before you know it. I will be 5months on Monday. Still confused on how 5months (20weeks) is the half way point when you are only prego for 9 months which is calculated as 40weeks. Just saying, its weird. Gaining Weight Too Quick

Well, I have gained 15lbs as of today and I am 18wks 5days. I am soo upset! I have to have to start walking and exercising.I have just had so much going on as usual between trying to get the two houses cleaned, packing & moving my house, plus a Car wreck last week then a long time friend died this week (Funeral/family time ect.)and I am still fighting not smoking. Watching things unfold next to each other

It's really weird and sad to see my two lives run next to each other. I had plans to go to grad school this fall and spent all spring working on apps for school and applying for FAFSA and scholarship programs. I get a call last week from my adviser asking why I hadn't enrolled and then today I find out I got a scholarship for 2K. Yay! Today is my two week marker for no smoking! I am soo happy! It has been so hard and I am still hit with random nic fits but I am able to resist them more now. :-) So happy! I know the baby is going to do so much better with me not smoking. Now two more weeks and I will be at a month. Officially a NON-SMOKER in my book!

Well, I was driving to a marketing conference a couple days ago and was T-Boned by a lady who ran a stop sign. She hit me so hard I spun around and her bumper was stuck in my car door. Well, I am going on day 5 without a cig. Got so mad at my SO though. I had a puff of an e-cig and he said that was cheating. It had as much nicoten as a nicoret gum. Nightmares

Had a horrible nightmare last night that I lost the baby. Then my director said it was my fault. I proceeded to deck her in the dream. Still upset about it today. Funny how dreams can upset you so much. God forbid I ever have to face that. You all would be visiting me in the loony bin. Down today... dumb hormones.

Baby's Heart Beat

I heard the baby's heart beat for the first time at the Dr. office yesturday. It was awesome! I made a joke that SO didn't care for lol. I was like " IT"S STILL ALIVE!!! YAY!!" Baby Room/Moving

My aunt and uncle gave me a baby crib and a changing table so I have started my collection on the baby room. EEEEKKK I am sooo done with Dr. Shaw! They called Monday and rescheduled my Education appointment that was for today to Monday. (The appoinment you have at 9 weeks while I will be 14weeks when they finaly get around to seeing me for the first time.) Well they called me today saying I missed my appointment WTF. I am 13weeks and the tiredness is still not gone. All other symptoms are done but this one. I haven't walked but twice this past week and none this week. I am just so tired by the time I get home from work. This week I will be working two 12hr days and then half a day Saturday. I know that when I get home at 8pm eating and sleeping will be my only thoughts. Down side, I am getting heavy quick and need that exercise. SOOOO TIRED!! Any advise?

So, I was looking at the price of diapers and about freaked. I also was not too happy with the amount for baby food and formula. Sooo I went through and was looking at ways to save. Maternity Clothes

Well, it's time to break down and get some maternity clothes. A friend of mine from High School has some she is going to give me tonight and then I am going to go thrift store and garage selling tomorrow. I want to get comfy, all my clothes have begun drawing red line murals all over my body lol I know someone out there knows what I am talking about. 3months prego, goodbye figure. :-)

Boy or Girl Tricks

So Jose came home last night and had a pencil attached to a string of floss. He said that the bar tender told him that if he hung it above my arm and it swung up and down my arm that I was having a boy and if it swung in a circle or across my arm that it was a girl. Anyone heard of this before or any other tricks of the trade?

Well, I finally got Jose to let me announce it on FB. I was so happy! He kept saying, if you don't talk to them on the phone then you don't need to tell them about the baby. What a boy! I posted it and have over 35 people I would have told but didn't on there. Go Figure! Also was reminded of other people I need to tell. Go FB for making my announcements easier!
