I breastfeed my baby she turn 6months and starting giving her the gurber baby foods, i noticing she's not moving her bowels everyday like she use, I'm giving her a kids stool softener it works really well. I don't like the fact that now she goes only when I gave her the meds, is that normal, should I be worry I'm still breastfeeding as well? Would her bowels get back to normal?

green, white,black tea are they ok during BF?

I've heard great things about fruits and vegetable juice diet, I wonder if its safe to do during breastfeeding I do go to the gym but I'm still not happy with my weight my clothes still don't fit the way I would want them to.....I'm so ready to try this this diet but not sure if its safe to do cause I really enjoy breastfeeding my baby 183 198 24
