|Baby Fat "Trial One" blog
Weight 177 pounds.
For Four weeks I am going to combine Doctor Oz's suggested Raspberry Ketone Supplement. Two tablets in the morning. Has anyone ever noticed how as soon as Doctor Oz makes a suggestion that the health stores mark things up and you can't find the supplement anywhere...... Dr. Oz is kinda funny. It seems like every time I watch him he has some new "Supplement" we should take to help promote weight loss. If we took everything he suggested our systems would go CrAzY!
Along with a general Extreme Omega- 1200 mg. 1 tablet 2 times daily with meal.
Along with that I have started B-12 complex injections which I will do once a week (So long as DH doesn't get laid off, he is really weird about me doing things like this. I mean it's just B-12, but he will say it's not natural) ******* Note unless I see some results from combining this in there I will do my remaining four injections and then call that good. I have done a few in hopes of gaining some energy and I am not too sure how much of a result I have really seen..... My dad got it for me off a LivingSocial so what the heck might as well give it a whirl.
As we all know, yet we seem to spend endless amounts of dollars on pills or fad diets hoping this will be our answer, it just comes down to eating right and exercise...... WE ARE MOM'S!!!! Are you kidding me! How are we suppose to find the energy and will power to exercise when we are just trying to find the energy and will power to get through the day with some sanity in check and keeping our kids happy, healthy and safe. Oh and eating right?? How is that suppose to happen when we eat our lunch and the gooey cheesy crust of our child's grilled cheese is looking up at us saying, "Eat me, eat me..."
I guess I will just have to give it my best. I have not decided how I'm going to go about the "Diet" part of this four week challenge. I will however.... Dun, dun duh, try to log my diet. I'm not making any promises. I'm not going to tell you that I plan to eat egg whites, tuna salad, and salmon dinners with a light 100 calorie snack in between.... This is real life here, who can honestly stick to that? There will be candy, cheese, and bad for you goodness in this log. My goal is to "try" to make some changes. I won't be coming on daily to log my diet but I will keep an old fashion journal with pen, (Remember those old things) and scribble down what I am eating and update.
Alright another day. Over and out.
