This past year has gone so fast and time just seems to be whirring by at light speed. Your first year I kept track of so many firsts but this second year is about perfecting those new skills, not so much in adding new ones. You climb, wow do you ever climb! My poor babies, you seem to collect bruises like folks collect coins. I am taking you to the doc Monday because you seem to fall so much and I want to make sure you are not suffering long term damage. You, Noah, what a character you are. You are such a leader and when we go places, you are off and gone, not concerned about whether or not Mommy is following you. You have lots to say, not much we understand, but you sure say alot! You have connected with your big brother Jacob and seem to be alot like him. You have magnetism about you and you make friends wherever we go. You are very rough and tumble and I sure wish you would stop taking chunks out of your twin. You are not trying to be mean, you just get so excited when you play that you bite. We are told you will grow out of it. Poor Nicholas is sure looking forward to that!
Nicholas, you are still Mommy's boy even though you are crazy about your Daddy. Daddy is a big part of you guys's care now that Mommy works weekends. We are praying that the new crafting workshops take off and I don't have to do that anymore. I hate being away from my family for so many hours at a time. You have some words, big guy but we are worried that there may be a delay so at the end of the month, you get to be evaluated. We will be praying about that. You are very sweet and playful. Your favorite game is peakaboo and you think its hilarious when you cover your face and I can't find you. You love playing ball with Daddy and get such a kick out of catching the ball when he "throws" it to you. You are rough and tumble too, but a little lower key than your brother. You bring books to Mommy and I love it that you want me to read it to you. And when you take over to "read", its pretty cool too! I think you may be my studious guy.
I am still so very much in love with the two of you. I am blessed beyond measure to be your Mommy. God must really really love me to have given me two of the most amazing, precious and perfect little boys! I just hope and pray that I measure up to the task of raising you to be the men of God that I pray you grow into. I sit here typing with tears of joy running down my face. I treasure every day with you. I still do not work during the day because being your Mommy is more important to me than any career or job. I am pursuing my own business so that I can spend my days caring for you, teaching you, and guiding you.
Thank You Lord for blessing me more than words can ever say!!
