weight gain.

weight gain. blog
Finally got some new batteries in my scale. I was initially really upset when I saw that I'd gone up 5lbs already. Then I remembered with my son I gained 20lbs in the first trimester, with my daughter 12. So I'm actually not doing to bad considering I feel like I'm starving all the time. I can't stop eating. Thankfully I've been craving healthy foods along with the unhealthy ones. According to my pregnancy book being ravinously hungry often means you're carrying a boy. Which would go with what I feel. Guess I should start focusing on boy names seeing as girl names are always so much easier for me to pick.

"It's hard to stop eating when you're so hungry. I had acid reflux issues before the pregnancy and it's only worse now. I'm not supposed to eat two hours before bed time but I can't do that. I have to have a snack a half an hour before bedtime otherwise I'll wake up in the middle of the night starving. Trying to cut out the junk food is good. So long as you're trying to be healthy I wouldn't worry too much. Good luck with your growing little one." -- STARGATEMAMA
"I'm experiencing the same thing. I've gained 8lbs so far and I'm only at 10 weeks. This baby has made me a lot hungrier (I'm thinking its a boy, too) and I feel like I'm losing my figure so I might as well enjoy myself. I am trying to change my attitude. I've been eating mostly healthy foods but overdoing them for the most part. I realize I am eating more than what the baby needs and I should correct these bad habits. I am really trying to cut out the convenience foods and make more meals ..." -- HAPPA_MAMMA
