Hello,
I am expecting my first baby. I am SO SO excited. It was quite the surprise. I am eager to exercise, yet I can feel a rapid heart rate and I get out of breath when I do things around my house. I was doing Active2 before I became pregnant, yet now I'm nervous if house hold chores make me react like that.
My doc told me to keep my heart rate below 110. That is HARD for me as when I exercise I feel like I have to sweat and work extra hard and I've always been this way.
Any suggestions or free trial boot camps I could attend?
