Having a Great Day

Having a Great Day blog
Having a pretty good day so far. The morning sickness has subsided A LOT! I used to be nauseous all day, every day. I'd get sick three or four times a day and sometimes even wake in the night jus to throw up!

Now I pretty regularly only get sick once in the morning. I've found it's not too bad as long as I don't eat anything until 9:30, 10-ish. If I eat before then--no matter what it is--I get sick and it really hurts my throat and stomach. If I don't eat, the getting sick isn't painful at all. It's actually on a perfect schedule, almost 9:00 on the dot every morning. It goes well with my job because I don't have to worry about getting sick at work. Way to look on the bright side, right?

Other than that, I can finally eat FOOD again! For a while I couldn't even thinking about eating without feeling terrible, but now I'm up to the challenge of maintaining a normal, healthy diet. I'm also getting some energy back. I'm still tired by 9pm, but I don't need a nap every afternoon. I'm hoping this is a good sign for my pitiful exercise attempts.

Wish me luck!
