No room in the inn

No room in the inn blog
Well today it happened. In a fit of stress/anxiety I binged after lunch. Kiss that self righteous lunch of salmon and steamed mixed vegetables goodbye because I went hog wild about and hour and a half after lunch. This is exceptionally easy to do since reps are constantly bringing food in to work. There is so much crap laying around here noone even notices when a lot disappears quickly.

Lesson to take away from that....I feel miserable now. This really is a mild binge in comparison to my pre wt loss days BUT I have much less room for bloating so the top third of my abdomen feels like it could explode. Thank heavens that is not where the baby is kicking because if it were I might actually consider stretching out on the floor or one of our empty beds, both of which I find kinda gross but you know how the saying goes desperate times.....

I guess the bright side is I probably won't need to eat the rest of the day. lol

Have a great day, all.
