Ava turned 14 months old a week ago. She got her 5th tooth about 4 weeks ago. Ava's new favorite foods are peaches and fish sticks. She is a really good eater most days. When she doesn't want something or is full, she will turn her head. She absolutely loves ice cream.
Ava has learned how to walk backwards. She is very proud of herself when she does it. She can also ride her radio flyer scooter forward and backward.
Ava is saying mama and dada often now. She also says mumu (similiar to mama) for food. I think she is trying to say a few more words, but they are not clear yet.
Our baby girl loves to dance and bob her head. She should have a blast at the weddings we have coming up over the next few months.
Ava is a CLIMBER. She climbs on EVERYTHING, and she does it at super spead. She climbs on the kiddie table, she climbs on our kitchen chairs and table, she climbs over anything and everything...we can't take our eyes off this little one.
When Justin arrives home from work, Ava gets super excited. She will run to the door and smile really big to great her daddy. She also loves to give us kisses when we leave and return. When you ask her for a kiss, she will lean her head to you. So sweet.
Taking pictures of Ava is very difficult. She is always on the go, and she doesn't look up...even when I make silly noises! I remember Alayna doing the same thing. Hopefully it gets easier soon because I love taking pictures of my little girls.
