No more excuses...it starts today. keeping in mind there will be challenges and days I dont want to do this, BUT the truth of the matter is I dont feel good, I don't feel healthy and I dont feel good about myself. The only way to change this is by starting. No diet, nothing extreme, just good solid healthy choices, with the occasional treats. If I get all my fruits/veggies/ and water in, it is sure to be a success. I am joing the YMCA, I told my hubby this is an exspense he is going to have to live with, if I dont feel good about myself, I am not the best wife and our sex life suffers. So that is it..Im fed up with my clothes not fitting, feeling disgusted when I look in the mirror and just not taking control over my health...AHHHH Feels good, I CAN DO THIS!
