8 DPO.. feeling very confused about O date blog

I stated to take a vitex pill yesterday.. to help with my LPD... and i'm so concerned about when i actually ovulated.. I got 2 positive OPKs on CD 13 and 14... and negative thereafter. But my chart show a huge temp jump on CD 19... which is when i usually get my OPK+...
however i got loads of EWCM on CD 13 an 14... which matches what my OPK said.. so now i'm unsure. I'm trying not to think about it..

	"Careful with the Vitex! Did you read that it can make folks with regular cycles irregular? It's strong stuff. Where you ovulating regularly before? There is nothing wrong with ovulation day 18 (my O day too) as long as you have about a 14 day LP. I've heard of womens cycles getting super messed up with that stuff. I think it helps those ladies whose cycles aren't regular, like those with PCOS and stuff like that. Good luck." -- CKBALLARINO
