really bad cramping

Last night I had sever cramping that spanned from the lower left side of my abdomen all the way around to the lower part of the centre of my back. The pain was incredibly sharp and intense unlike anything I've ever experienced including with my previous miscarriage. I had a little bit of spotting last night night when I wiped but that has stopped. Unfortunately the cramping has not. The pain is no where nearly as intense as it was last night but it's still enough to make me concerned. I don't feel like going to the hospital because they really don't care about pregnant women in the e.r. Basing that on my previous experience. Besides it's so early I don't what they could possibly do. I just have to wait until Monday and then I'll call my family doctor.
