So today, I did NOTHING exercise-esly.
And it felt awesome.
At first, upon reviewing my day, I started to feel guilty about it. I've been so good about getting out each day for at least two walks, and then doing my work out at home .. I was all, "should i take a break, or should I get on with my exercising?"
But you know what? It's okay to take a break. Babyfit doesn't rule every second of my life, nor does watching what I eat and exercising. I'm human and if I feel the need to have a day off (diet-wise) then I should have one.
Tomorrow is a new day, and now that I've had a day off, my muscles are refreshed and I'm ready to get back on it! I'm thinking of making this a weekly tradition .. Hmmm
