For those of you who don’t remember my birth story I had my daughter completely natural and was only in labor for about 4/5 hrs. I can truly say that I have to credit a lot of that to yoga. Yoga helped me learn how to focus, relax and allowed me to be more flexible. My baby was 9lbs talk about being flexible!
It not only helped with the delivery but with common pregnancy discomforts like the sciatica, heartburn and constipation.
