|Ok, I'll do the P90X thing blog
Not really my style, but I've decided to give this P90X thing a try since Stella refuses to spend any time in the gym nursery without me and I need to do a more formal program than I have been. However, I think I prefer a gentler start than the standard program, so I'm going to try the P90X Lean variation. The best part is that dh is going to do it too, so that will be motivating. I've made a checklist week by week to hang on the fridge. Here's this week's workouts:
Shoulders & Arms, Ab Ripper X
Legs & Back, Ab Ripper X
Rest or X Stretch
Each one is about an hour, except the yoga, which is 90 minutes. I think I will try to do them while Stella is up and playing - we'll see how that goes. She might like to watch/join. Otherwise I'll have to do them at night. Definitely the yoga at night. It just kind of bugs me to waste an hour of daylight indoors with the tv on.
Our mommy team is starting up weight and food journals, so I think I'll get in on that too.
All this starts tomorrow.
