Please, if you are going to read this, don't be offended by my opinions!!!
Reading an article about introducing solids today and had some ideas.... heres the link: http://www.borstvoeding.com/voedselintro ductie/vast_voedsel/rapley_guideline s.html#basis
And it dawned on me, why do people thrive so hard to SEPERATE themselves from their children? Isn't it funny that we as a country try so hard to make our children independent yet we see 25 year olds living with and off thier parents still? As humans, we require the longest time with our mothers than ANY other animal. for an animal 2 years is along time, the mother teaches her young how to survive and they go off on thier own. So if thats the case, then again, why do we try so hard to seperate ourselves? We dont sleep with our babies (I do!!) which I find weird considering EVERY mammal does except for us and to think that this baby has been inside for almost 10 months hearing my heartbeat and I'm supposed to put him in a room by himself in a prison bed(crib) down the hall? No way. What has the world come to, or better yet what the hell happened to mothers intuition? Hmmmm... just a thought for the day. It always makes me wonder when people say that thier baby/child cries all the time if there is something wrong with the baby or the parent. I would say the parent. I'd like to conduct a study and find out if a child is less likely to be colicky if the parents practice attached parenting, the way it is supposed to be done if you ask me. Why put so much effort into putting your child on a schedule, feeding them formula, sleeping on their own or feeding them solids at such a young age? Let nature take its course!! so much to say about this.... i'll have to continue tomorrow, I'm pretty much rambling!
