This is day 6 of my bed rest and I am only 5weeks days along. I have a 2.5 year old girl who is very active and my husband is teaching summer school so it is just her and I. It breaks my heart when she asks me if she can go outside and I have to say no. She Loves to be outside and will stay out for hours. I tried laying out there on a lounger but then she wants me to chase her and she wants to climb and that worries me. I am hoping to employ my neighbors 7th grade daughter to come over every morning and play with her for an hour or so, that would make her so happy.
I am on bed rest because I started spotting, mostly brown, but with pink every so often. SO hear I am just chillin' on the bed. Most days it is getting better and becoming less and less, but Everyday around 4pm I starts again. What is up with that? And it usually has tinges of pink in it. It is very worrisome and annoying at the same time.
My first pregnancy was a miscarriage with twins. I started spotting and went to the hospital who said I was miscarrying and the referred me to my now DR who followed up with me the next day. When he did a scan he found a fetus with a heartbeat, but I was miscarrying that baby's twin. That little one held on for another month, I went every week for a scan and it was doing great. Then one day there just wasn't a heart beat anymore and my HCG levels were dropping. I had a D&C and 6 months later I found out I was pregnant with my beautiful Amelia.
Well that's me up until now, fingers crossed for this little peanut to stick!
