My Pregnancy
I had two wonderful pregnancies thanks to taking care of myself, eating right and staying active.
My Program
I maintained my activity and slowed down when I was tired and increased when I was feeling well. Eating smaller, more frequent meals and snacks helped keep my blood sugar more regulated and helped me maintain a healthy weight gain for pregnancy and nursing.
Personal Information
My husband and I have two wonderful children. We spend our time doing home improvement projects, attending our children's activities and volunteering in our community.
Other Information
I enjoy walking, playing volleyball, riding bikes and playing with my children. The more you exercise together, the healthier your family will be.
Thanks for the comment about our Santa picture! I couldn't believe how well it turned out when I got them back. My son did not cooperate at all and she still managed to get a great shot. The girl that took it does amazing work and all of the money they raised that day went to the Make a Wish Foundation so it was worth every penny.

I must appologize, the things that I said were actually out of line. Normally, I carry myself with more respect for other people that I had displayed, but I was kinda caught up in the moment and pregnant and was so disgusted by what one religion could possibly believe in that would allow such tratment to a child. I have edited the entry to merely motherhood remarks and my feelings about the incident in general. Honestly, I don't really believe I hate the people, I just don't agree with the religion and what it stands for. Din't mean to offend, I guess I just assumed that all mothers should feel the same as I did being mothers themselves. Sorry again.

Thank you! He has had a rough start, but has come through it wonderfully! He had pneumonia when he was born and spent his first 12 days in the hospital (4 of which in NICU). He was born with his soft spot closed. He had a tough battle with acid reflux and has been on meds since he was 1 month.
But by the Grace of God, my little miracle baby is doing great and is developing perfectly and right on time. He was a little slow at first, but has definitely caught up now. His ped was very pleased at his 6 month checkup on Monday.
