Hi everyone! My name is Ashley and my husband and I have recently had our 4th (and final) addition to our family. Little Miss Lorelei Elizabeth :) Our children are ages 8, 3, 1, and 1mo and I have decided it's time to work on getting back to a healthier me so I can keep up with THEM better! I am hoping that by using the tools available on this website (along with my own perseverance) I can reach that goal!!
