- November 5th is when I am told I will have my little boy. He will be my first! :)
I do 35-45 minutes of cardio 5-7 days a week. I use a stationary bike and do btw 10-12 miles on an 8/20 difficulty. I also do prenatal yoga weekly. I try to eat pretty healthy. No soda, occasional sweets, and at most one small cup of coffee a day if I need it.
