I've worked for the last six years to lose weight in order to get pregnant. After trying for a year, we are finally ready to welcome our first baby in February 2013. I lost 120 pounds trying to conceive and hope to only gain 30 pounds.

I'll be staying active, with four to six 60-minute cardio sessions a week and two to three 60-minute strength and yoga sessions each week.

I'm from north central Texas, I suffer from Polycystic ovary syndrome and have lost 120 pounds in order to get pregnant. Now that I'm here, I definitely am STAYING healthy during my pregnancy.
