I'm wanting to stay pretty primal during my pregnancy, offering the little 'un lots of protein and nutrients from real food. I was only just starting to get back into a proper exercise routine when I got pregnant again, so the plan is to keep it simple, prenatal yoga once a week and lots of walking.
