Happy, healthy 9 months!!

I am the mother of 6 who is currently pregnant with our 7th (and last) child, due in Feb 2013.My children range in a age from 19 years to 4 months old. I have been working on and commitingto a more fit and healthy lifestyle, and also working to curb the emotional eating habits I developed after the death of my 5th child, my beautiful princess Kya Nicole. I find that being fit and healthy physically really helps my emotional health as well!! Looking forward to a healthy and happy 9 months for all!!
