Over the moon about expecting our first child!
I'm hoping to have a natural birth. I trust my body knows what to do! My body doesn't always react in the expected way to medications so I'd like to keep them out of my system as well.
At 30 weeks I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes and am now working my way through controlling it with diet. So far so good!
I've had a lot of Braxton Hicks contractions since around mid November (22 wks). As my baby is getting bigger they are getting much more intense. It has been decided that I have an irritable uterus. BHs are triggered easily; stand up, raise my voice, laugh, go up stairs, have to pee, etc. I've decided to look upon this in a positive view; my uterus will be very fit and ready to push out my baby!

I'm a creator always busy with something. The last couple years have been filled with crochet and knitting. I love the satisfaction of creating something and learning new things in the process.
